2011 favorites rewind

The year 2011 has been a wonderful and busy year for me. I continue to move towards photographing people more and more and have learned that taking photos of people is some of the most rewarding photography I have done. I want to thank each and every one of the people and bands that have trusted me to show them in their best light. Happy New Year!

"Little Mountain Stars" In September, I was invited to join a group of photographers to photograph the stars on a full moon evening. The light from the moon both illuminated the trees and the sky giving it an almost twilight look. The image is made up of about 120, 30 second exposures and then merged together.
"Forkication" My entry that was accepted into the Mid-Island Photography Expo of 2011. It did not win but one of the judges liked it. I entered it because I wanted to produce something different enough that it was not obvious it was a sherstone.
"Slaker" An old brick factory.
